Viewing Your Schedule

There are two ways to see your upcoming assignments in Ministry Steward.

My Events

The My Events page shows a focused list of your upcoming assignments. Navigate to it from the left sidebar under "My Volunteering."

Each assignment card shows:

• Event Name — the name of the service or activity.
• Date — when the event takes place (e.g., "Wed, Jan 15").
• Ministry — which ministry you're serving in.
• Status — your assignment status.

This is the quickest way to see what's coming up.

Calendar

The Schedules page shows an interactive calendar with all events. Your assignments are highlighted so you can see them in context with other events.

The calendar adapts to your screen:

• Desktop — month view.
• Tablet — week view.
• Mobile — day view.

Use the navigation arrows to move between periods, or click Today to jump to the current date. You can also switch between month, week, and day views using the view selector.

Click on any event to see its full details, including all volunteer assignments.

Tips

• Check your schedule regularly — administrators may update assignments as availability changes.
• If you see an assignment you can't make, set your availability or withdraw from the event.
