Ministry Steward helps churches and ministries manage their volunteers, events, and scheduling. Here's the big picture of how it works:
- Create your organization — sign up and set up your team account.
- Define your ministries — add the service areas your organization needs (e.g., Worship Team, Ushers, Children's Ministry).
- Add your volunteers — invite team members or create managed accounts for dependents.
- Create your events — set up one-time or recurring events with ministry staffing requirements.
- Schedule volunteers — use the Scheduler to automatically generate rosters based on availability and qualifications.
- Publish and communicate — publish schedules and send announcements to keep everyone informed.
