Who’s serving this Sunday?
Bring your events, volunteer availability, and ministry rosters together. Build a schedule, check the gaps, and share it with your team.

From availability to a shared schedule.
The scheduler works with your volunteers’ qualifications, available dates, and preferences. You review the roster before anyone receives it.

Family weekend away
Those dates stay clear.
The scheduler won’t assign Sarah to events on those dates, so you can plan the roster around her time away.
Start with your services
Add your events, the ministries involved, and how many volunteers each one needs.
Give volunteers a say
Volunteers mark dates they can’t serve and choose their event preferences. That information stays with the schedule.
Review, then publish
Generate a roster, fill any gaps, and make adjustments. Publish it when you’re ready and notify your team by email or SMS, based on your settings and plan.
Keep your team in the loop
Send announcements to everyone or to specific ministries, whether it’s a service change, a reminder, or news for the week ahead.

A quick note for Sunday
We’re meeting in the foyer at 8:30 this week to get ready for the morning service. Thank you for making everyone feel at home.

Each ministry has its people
Keep volunteer qualifications and ministry membership in one place. Owners, Administrators, and Volunteers have their own access levels; Ministry Leads oversee their assigned ministries.
Organize your ministriesFamilies belong in the plan
Connect volunteers in family groups. Within linked services in an Event Group, the scheduler avoids splitting family members across different services.

Set up recurring events and standing assignments for volunteers who serve regularly. Their assignments are included when you generate a schedule.
