Search announcement titles, messages, or ministry names, and filter by audience. Open View to read the full message and review its recipients.
See who leads each ministry
The ministry directory now shows assigned lead names alongside each team. Open a ministry to search its roster and switch between All, Active, and Inactive volunteers, with counts for each group.
Set up events more easily
Event details, ministry requirements, scheduling rules, and recurring-event standing assignments are organized into focused tabs. Scheduling rules explain when volunteers in one ministry reduce another ministry's staffing needs and when someone can serve in two ministries. Standing assignments now have a searchable volunteer picker with names in alphabetical order.
Review upcoming events at a glance
Calendar event pages separate event information from ministry teams. Each required opening has its own slot, optional ministries have a clearer empty state, and volunteers can more easily find their own assignment and its Withdraw action.
Focus on attendance when it's time
For events happening today or in the past, owners, administrators, and ministry leads see a roster grouped by ministry. Readable attendance controls, progress, and a Not marked filter help you find volunteers who still need an attendance response.
Manage your teams with clearer controls
Updated management dialogs, readable status labels, and more helpful empty states make it easier to review information and find your next action. Page controls and lists also adapt more comfortably to smaller screens.
