The digest checks upcoming events through the end of the third calendar day ahead in your church's timezone. It combines openings across relevant ministries, taking qualifications, availability, event preferences, and linked-service conflicts into account.
Fewer repeat reminders about the same opening
An opening is announced once, rather than appearing every morning while it remains unfilled. If it is filled or closed and later opens again, it can be announced again. New openings found after the morning digest wait for the next morning, provided the event has not started.
A coverage summary for leadership
Owners and administrators can receive an email summary of openings across the church. Ministry leads receive openings for their ministries. Someone who is also an eligible volunteer gets their volunteer opportunities and leadership summary in separate sections of one email.
