See where your team needs attention
Owners and administrators can review upcoming coverage, items needing attention, and volunteer unavailability. Ministry leads get an overview focused on the ministries they lead, helping them spot where their own team needs support.
Start with your own next assignment
Volunteers can see their next assignment, recent announcements, availability, and family links together. Leaders who also serve can switch to My Volunteer View to see their own commitments.
Find and share the right volunteer roster
The refreshed Volunteers page makes profiles and scheduling information easier to review. Export a filtered roster as CSV for follow-up or planning; ministry leads can view and export the roster for the ministries they lead.
Send one announcement to several ministries
Owners and administrators can select multiple ministries for an announcement. Volunteers who belong to more than one selected ministry receive that announcement once.
Open Overview to see your dashboard, or Volunteers to explore and export your roster. The feature overview explains how these tools fit into your church's planning.
