You can now take your schedule reports out of Ministry Steward and into the spreadsheets your church already uses. Excel and CSV downloads make it easier to share rosters and work with assignment information.

Download the schedule you need
Choose your date range, ministry, or volunteer, then export the matching report. The Excel workbook includes schedule and assignment sheets, giving you a useful starting point for a ministry handout or further analysis.
Start with this month's schedule
Reports now open on the current calendar month, show when updated results are loading, and use your church's timezone for dates and times. You can check the preview before downloading so the shared report reflects the schedule you intended.
Owners and administrators can open Reports, set the filters, and choose Export to download Excel or CSV. Read the Reports guide for help reviewing, printing, and sharing schedules.
