Create the service areas in your church, invite your team, and keep track of which ministries each person is qualified to serve in. Managed accounts let you include children and other dependents who do not need their own login.
Plan your services and prepare a roster
Set up one-time or recurring events and choose how many volunteers each ministry needs. You can also mark extra help as optional. The Scheduler uses qualifications, availability, and event preferences to prepare a roster that you can review and adjust before publishing.
Make room for family coordination
Link family members so guardians can manage their dependents' availability and sign them up for events. Volunteers can keep their own availability up to date, helping church leaders plan around the people who serve.
